Delirium Tremens (8.5) ABV

The allusion to the pink elephant a consequence of a delirium tremens the day before, is not a chance. The reasons are multiple: first of all, the beer possesses a degree of high alcohol; and, on the other hand, irresponsible consumers sometimes suffer devastating effects of a too much consumption of alcohol.  This beer became the classic of the brewery, appreciated especially for its qualities degustatives, as well as the mystery that hides itself behind the gray partitions of his characteristic bottle. This blond perfect one stresses the qualities of an exceptional houblon as well as of different clear malts. The conclusion combines a bitter and peppered tone without aggressiveness. She represents strong blond beer under its better appearance.

Great South Bay Blood Orange Pale Ale (5.0) ABV

Remember back to the first time you ventured across the Great South Bay via the Robert Moses Causeway on your way to the beach? Well, we’ve captured that feeling in our Robert Moses Pale Ale! Whether you’re fishing on your boat, sitting around a campfire, or relaxing in your back yard, the fresh aroma of American hops paired with the crisp taste of the pale malts will bring you back every time. We’ve taken the Robert Moses Pale Ale that you’ve come to enjoy and took it to the next level with the addition of blood oranges to give it a slightly more citrus character with just the right amount of bitterness you’d expect from an American-style pale ale.

Great South Bay Massive IPA (6.6) ABV

Montauk OffLand IPA

Port Jeff Cold North Wind Barleywine (8.5) ABV

Cold North Wind was created accidentally, during one of our brew master’s home brewing experiments.  After combining every single grain in his supply during a gusty storm, a complex, malt-showcasing barleywine was born.  Don’t worry.  We added hops, too.  They’ll provide some fruit and a piney finish, but won’t wallop one’s palate.  A deliciously balanced mistake.  Trust us.

Shiner Bock (4.4) ABV

Shiner Bock is a distinctive, rich, full-flavored, deep amber-colored beer with an inviting smooth taste without excessive bitterness.

Spider Bite Boris the Spider (10.0) ABV

Boris pours black and opaque like a moonless sky over Siberia.  Eight different malts bring a complex aroma and flavor of chocolate, coffee, and roasty sweetness.  And just in case the winter gets too cold, we brewed this giant spider to 10% ABV, so grab your snifter and ushanka and enjoy.

Fermented, yet tart raspberries, which have a slightly bitter hop note at the finish and citrus body.

The unmistakable deep-dark color, the crisp hint of roasted barley, the fresh breeze of hips, and the refreshing bite all make fore the bittersweet reward.

Ithaca Cascazilla (6.5) ABV

The name CascaZilla is a play on both the name of our local Cascadilla George and the monster amounts of Cascade hops in this beer.  This red ale gets its distinctive color from a healthy portion of caramel malt, which also lends some body and sweetness to the beer.  The predominant flavor and aroma of this beer, however, is brought to you by the fresh American hops.  If you haven’t done so yet, treat yourself to Ithaca Beer’s new monstrously hoppy Red Ale.

Victory Headwaters Pale Ale (5.1) ABV

Reflecting over the years as we approach our 15th anniversary here at Victory, we can’t help but be struck by the realization that Downingtown has made a great home for Victory. From the enthusiastic throngs that crowd our brewpub to enjoy our creative, flavorful beers and cuisine to the natural charms of the area, we are blessed with good fortune. As the active community contributor we’ve been over those years, we recognize our opportunity to both utilize and protect these assets. Chief among those assets is the pure water we receive from the East Branch of the Brandywine Creek that begins its journey to us just under 14 miles from where we brew with it. We’ll be celebrating this water (insert your lite beer joke here) with our anniversary beer, Headwaters Pale Ale, due to be released February 15, 2011. Now, considering that beer is the product of four simple ingredients and the three other than water rely on water for their existence, we’ve had a fair amount of latitude in paying homage to water in our beer. So, we’ve played all of our cards deftly, bringing the hops, malt and yeast in harmony, with our great local water as the conductor in Headwaters Pale Ale.

Victory Prima Pils (5.3) ABV

Heaps of hops give this pale lager a bracing, herbal bite over layers of soft and smooth malt flavor. This refreshing combination of tastes makes Prima a classy quencher in the tradition of the great pilsners of Europe. Dry and delightful, this is an elegant beer.Malts: 2 row German Pilsner maltHops: German and Czech whole flowers

Blue Moon
It started with our brewmaster, Keith Villa, wanting to craft a beer inspired by the flavorful Belgian Wits he enjoyed while studying brewing in Belgium. He brewed his interpretation using Valencia orange peel versus the traditional tart Curaçao orange peel, for a subtle sweetness. Then he added oats and wheat to create a smooth, creamy finish that’s inviting to the palate. As a final touch, he garnished the beer with an orange slice to heighten the citrus aroma and taste.
